About Us

My name is Bernd Semisch. I was born in Lower Lusatia and have always felt very much at home in the Spreewald. My family lives in Solingen, and we have been visiting Alt-Schadow every year since 1995 in our motorhome. Therefore, in 2018, I decided to build an energy-saving house with three holiday apartments according to today's standards and would like to improve them, so that I would have something to do even in retirement. I was able to welcome my first guests in June 2021, even during the coronavirus pandemic. I love the Spreewald and the many opportunities it offers to make a vacation active and relaxing. I've already seen a lot, but there's always more to discover.
