The three holiday apartments are located in a newly built, sustainable, energy-efficient building with green roofs, parking spaces, ventilation systems, mosquito nets on every window, a smart home system, an electric grill, satellite TV, wired/wireless internet, a utility room with a washer and dryer, e-bikes, paddle boats, and an electric boat.

Each holiday apartment has its own outside entrance.
